What We’re Looking For

We are seeking "all-rounder" civil professionals who take pride in quality workmanship.

Highly Desirable Skills & Tickets:

• Cert II+ in Civil Construction or related field.

• Structural Concreting: Experience in pouring, vibrating, and screeding.

• Formwork & Steel: Setting forms and accurate rebar tying.

• Saw & Cut: Proficiency in precision cutting of concrete pavements (RIICRC319E).

• Traffic Tickets: Working in Proximity to Traffic (WPT) Parts 1 & 2.

• MR License: Highly regarded (or a willingness to obtain one to secure your permanent spot).

Mandatory Requirements

• Construction Industry White/Blue Card.

• Valid Manual Driver’s License.

• Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• A reliable work ethic and a "Safety First" mindset.
